My focus in our shared Pilates practice is entirely on building muscular stability, increasing flexibility, and creating a sense of lightness you can carry into your everyday life. I place great importance on proper technique and the functional effectiveness of each exercise.
You’ll learn how to develop a better sense of body awareness and build your inner strength through conscious breathing and controlled movement. In both Moabit and Mitte, we’re a small group of no more than 9 participants per class. This allows me to give personal attention to everyone and offer plenty of individual guidance throughout your Pilates journey.
